In cooperation with The Boleskine House Foundation, artist and former Boleskine House resident Gordon Scott has recently produced a wonderful graphite drawing of Boleskine House how it would have been over a hundred years ago. Together we are raising money to restore the masonry and roof to Boleskine.
Each order includes one A5 replication of the impressive pencil drawing of Boleskine House by Gordon M. Scott.
Gordon Scott spent time at Boleskine House in the 1980’s during Jimmy Page’s ownership. It was there he became inspired by the house’s magnificent energy and painted a portrait of the house which hung above the mantle of one of the fireplaces for many years. It is unknown what has become of that original painting since the fires of 2015 and 2019, but he has recently remarked about his recent painting, “In 1985 when l first produced a painting of the house, l could never have imagined the cycle completing itself 36 years later…How perfect that the painting coincides with bringing the house back to life.”
